| BUSINESS | 1.Valid passport (issued within the last 10 years and with at least 3 months validity after the scheduled return; passports with observations regarding the front data page cannot be accepted) with at least two empty pages

3. 2 recent photographs in the size of 3.5 cms x 4.5 cms with white / light background.
3.Covering letter from the COMPANY mentioning name and designation of the applicant and that of the signatory of managerial or executive level giving brief sketch of applicant's itinerary, name, address and email of the company to be visited & Personal Covering Letter on Plain Paper A4 Size Mentioning in Both Letter should have dispatch the passports to the below address after visa approval. 4.Invitation letter from the business partner in Germany in English or German, For consultancy services: please provide a confirmation letter from the German client
5.Proof of financial status:
*If employed: Payslips of the past three months / employment contract
*If self-employed: Certificate of Proprietorship or other proof of ownership (proof of land title, proof of income from agriculture (sales form) etc.)
*Personal bank statement of the past three months with sufficient funds
*Income Tax Return (ITR) form or Form 17 (Certificate of Income Tax deducted at the source of salary)
6. Company registration copy, Company Bank Statement last 3 Months, Company ITR last 2 years
7.Photocopy of OVERSEAS medical insurance policy + REPATRIATION, evacuation cover (equivalent to 30,000 euros).
8.Air Ticket.
9.Proof of accommodation for your entire stay in the Schengen area

3.Covering letter with entire travel plan (itinerary) IN ORIGINAL signed by the applicant. For self employed/ businessman, going on tourist visa, covering letter preferably on company's letterhead is required
4. Leave letter of your company (if employed)
*No-objection certificate of school or university (if student)

Important!
•Employed applicants to submit a letter from the employer with details of employment and leave.
•Self employed applicants to submit proof of business i.e. firm's registration or partnership deed.
•Unemployed applicants and students can submit their spouse's / parent's financial papers AND a letter of employment or business.
•Copy of marriage certificate wherever necessary for e.g. if wife's passport is in maiden name.
•No visa will be issued on additional pages.
•Children must travel on their individual passports
